Arrival at Hanoi Airport at 06:30 am. Meet your guide and driver for a private transfer to Wil’que Hotel. Rooms will be available from 08:00, giving you time to rest and freshen up. Free morning to recover from your journey.
Lunch at a restaurant near the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, before enjoying a tour of West Lake by electric car.
Return to the hotel for rest after your first day in Vietnam. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel, then your guide will meet you at 08:30. Depart by private bus to Dong Xuan Market, a century-old covered market. After visiting the market, enjoy a cyclo ride around Hoan Kiem Lake.
Continue with a visit to the St. Joseph’s Cathedral quarter, followed by lunch at a local restaurant specializing in Hanoi’s famous dish cha ca.
In the afternoon, head to the Temple of Literature. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return in the evening to your hotel by West Lake. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart for Hoa Binh province, homeland of the Muong ethnic group, which occupies a mountain range separating the Red River Delta from the Ma River basin. From Hoa Binh town, the road climbs in altitude, crosses the Muong Khen Pass, and winds its way along the mountainside toward the Thung Nhuoi Pass. Stop for a superb panoramic view over the Mai Chau Valley from the pass.
Continue through high mountain landscapes toward the Moc Chau district. Arrive late in the morning at Hua Tat village, home mainly to the Flower Hmong people who live on the mountain slopes. Settle into a rural homestay operated by a welcoming Hmong couple, part of a community-based tourism development project.
After lunch, enjoy a hike at your own pace through the valley, passing various villages, cornfields, pine forests, and mountain scenery. Return to A Chu Homestay for dinner preparation, shared meal, and overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart for the Pu Luong Nature Reserve, with stops along the way to admire the scenery. Upon arrival, set out on a walk through the reserve. You will pass through several villages and stop in one of them for lunch.
Continue your walk in the afternoon, then transfer to the Pu Luong Retreat Ecolodge. Dinner at the lodge and overnight in a bungalow.
Breakfast at the lodge. In the morning, set off for a beautiful day of hiking through villages and terraced rice fields. Start with a walk along the Ma River to enjoy stunning views of the river, rice paddies, and traditional waterwheels. Continue with a visit to the local market of Pho Doan.
Your car will then take you to Hieu village, where you will have lunch. Explore the village and its surroundings, including the Hieu Waterfall (with the possibility of swimming).
Return to Pu Luong Retreat in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Breakfast at the lodge, then departure for Ninh Binh province, often referred to as the “Halong Bay on land.” Start with a sampan boat ride in Van Long, taking you close to the limestone karst peaks rising amidst the rice fields.
Continue to Tam Coc for hotel check-in. Lunch in Tam Coc, followed by a visit to Bich Dong Pagoda (Jade Pagoda), built into the side of Ngu Nhac Mountain.
End of the day and dinner at leisure. Overnight at Tam Coc Retreat.
Breakfast at your hotel before meeting your guide. Drive to Cuc Phuong National Park, arriving around 09:00. Begin with a visit to the Visitor Center, where you will learn more about the park through photos and displayed models.
Next, visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Center, one of the highlights of Cuc Phuong, where you can observe some of the world’s rarest primate species. Continue to the Turtle Conservation Center, home to 20 species of turtles and tortoises dedicated to rescue and conservation.
Lunch at a local restaurant at the park headquarters. After lunch, transfer 20 km deeper into the park to begin a 7 km loop hike leading to the Thousand-Year-Old Tree. Along this trail, you will have the opportunity to discover the secrets of the forest.
The day concludes with a visit to the Cave of Prehistoric Man, where human skeletons and stone tools dating back about 7,500 years were discovered.
Return in the late afternoon to Tam Coc Retreat. Dinner at leisure and overnight at the hotel.

This is the day of your discovery of Halong Bay! Departure around 08:00 for Haiphong province. After crossing the Tan Vu Bridge – the longest sea-crossing bridge in Southeast Asia – you will take the ferry to Phu Long Pier on Cat Ba Island.
Upon arrival, a private bus will take you to the small port of Ben Beo, where your private 4-cabin junk boat awaits. Around 12:30, embark on a 23-hour cruise in Lan Ha Bay.
Lunch will be served on board as the junk sails through Hang Vem fishing village. Sailing with the wind is possible depending on weather conditions.
Activities on the program include: swimming, kayaking, or relaxing on the sundeck while admiring the beauty of the bay.
Dinner and overnight stay on board the junk.
In the morning, the junk sails towards Viet Hai fishing village. Upon arrival, take an electric car ride over a small pass to discover the village and its local life. If you prefer, you may choose to stay on board to swim or relax on the sundeck instead of visiting the village.
Return to the junk to check out of your cabin at 10:00, while the boat makes its way back to Ben Beo Pier. Lunch is served around 11:00, with disembarkation scheduled for 11:30.
Your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Hue (16:35). Upon arrival in Hue, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight at Saigon Morin Hotel.
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at the hotel. Begin with a visit to the Imperial Citadel, built between 1805 and 1832 by Emperor Gia Long.
Next, discover a “Nha Vuon” (Garden House) – a unique architectural style specific to Hue, in which the living space is organically connected to the garden, plants, and surrounding landscape, creating a spiritual atmosphere.
Lunch at a local restaurant, where you will experience traditional Hue cuisine, including the famous Bun Bo Hue (“Hue noodles with beef”), a dish originating from the former imperial city.
In the afternoon, visit the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc. Surrounded by frangipani and pine trees and built according to plans drawn up by the emperor himself, this magnificent tomb is considered one of the most beautiful sites in Hue. It exudes tranquility and stands as a model of traditional Vietnamese art, while also providing an opportunity to learn more about the Nguyen dynasty.
Continue to the nearby Tu Hieu Pagoda, which radiates serenity and is home to an active community of monks. In its garden, you will also find the tombs of several royal mandarins.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Free time at leisure. Overnight at Saigon Morin Hotel.
After breakfast, depart with your guide for Danang, driving over the Hai Van Pass (“Pass of the Clouds”), which offers spectacular panoramic views of the central coastline from its summit.
In Danang, visit the Cham Archaeological Museum, home to a large collection of sculptures from the now-vanished Cham Kingdoms. Lunch in Danang.
Continue the journey to Hoi An and check in at your hotel. Later, take a walking tour through the narrow streets of the Ancient Town, where you will discover highlights such as:

Depart by bicycle towards Kim Bong village, where you will visit woodcarving workshops (shipbuilding, sculptures, mosaics…). Continue your cycling tour towards Tra Nhieu village, located in the middle of the Song Thu River. Learn about the history of the village, see fishermen preparing their nets and tools for long journeys of 2–3 weeks at sea.
Along the river, you will see water coconut trees, fishing nets, and wild birds. Enjoy a peaceful walk across a bamboo bridge surrounded by nature in the water coconut forest. Afterwards, discover the traditional craft of mat weaving.
Cross the Song Thu River by boat, then continue by bicycle towards the vegetable-growing village of Tra Que. You will be warmly welcomed by Mr. Minh, who will introduce you to local culinary preparations. Lunch at Mr. Minh’s house.
In the afternoon, take a walking tour of the village gardens, where you will learn about fertilizing techniques using river algae. End the day with a medicinal herbal foot massage.
