After breakfast, visit the ethnic minority market (Saturday: Can Cau Market, Sunday: Bac Ha or Muong Khuong Market). Then, around 10:00 AM, depart for the city of Ha Giang by car. Arrive in Ha Giang in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at a local's house.

After your breakfast, you will start your journey on the spectacular road from Ha Giang to Dong Van, where a series of impressive mountain passes and valleys await. You will make a stop at Quang Ba, known as the "Gateway to Paradise," to admire the natural spectacle. Then, you will visit some ethnic minority villages and engage in conversations with the locals. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. You will arrive in Dong Van around 4 PM. Dinner and overnight stay in Dong Van.

Your day will begin after breakfast with a visit to the ruins of the French fort of Pu Lo, built in 1890 and evacuated in 1945. You can enjoy a superb and unobstructed view from there. Then, you will hit the road to Meo Vac. It's on this stretch of road that you can admire the Ma Pi Leng Pass. After lunch, you will continue on the road to Bao Lac, arriving there in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at Thuy Duong 2 Hotel in Bao Lac.

After breakfast, you will visit a village of the Black Lolo ethnic group, then depart for Cao Bang (180km – 5 hours by road). You'll pass through magnificent landscapes and explore the markets of ethnic minorities like the Flower Lo Lo, White H'mong, and Red Dzao. The women from these ethnic groups wear beautiful cotton fabrics and warmly welcome you, their teeth stained black, giving them a unique smile. Dinner and overnight stay in Cao Bang. After breakfast, head to Ba Be National Park (150km - about 3.5 to 4 hours by car). Upon arrival at Ba Be, have lunch in a local restaurant. Enjoy a half-day boat trip on Ba Be Lake and the Nang River, amidst magnificent mountain and cliff landscapes. Visit Dau Dang Waterfalls and Puong Cave. Return to Pac Ngoi for dinner and spend the night with a local family.

After breakfast, you will take a bicycle to visit Hua Ma Cave, observe daily life in Pac Ngoi Village. Then, return to Hanoi through the mountainous route passing by Cho Chu and Cho Don.
