Rice fields of Mu Cang Chai – 3 days tour

per person

Here is an excursion you shouldn’t miss!

In three days, you will discover the daily life of two significant ethnic groups in Northern Vietnam and the stunning environment in which they live.

Your immersion journey begins in Nghia Lo, where the Thai ethnic group (White and Black) resides. The very hospitable locals will be delighted to show you their specificities, including traditional clothing and music. You will stay with a local family to have a better experience. You will also explore the Nghia Lo valley and the beautiful tea fields (known to only a few!).

Next, you will continue your journey into the mountainous district of Mu Cang Chai, where you might find the most beautiful terraced rice fields in Northern Vietnam (yes, we dare to say it!). There, you will encounter the Hmong population, who typically live on the mountainside. They are the ones who sculpt the terraced rice fields!

In just three days, you will gain a great insight into local life in Northern Vietnam.
