The 3-day / 2-night cruise aboard Renea Junks (11, 12, and 14 cabins) invites you to explore the unspoiled beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay, far from the usual tourist routes.
On the program: cruising among spectacular karst formations, kayaking sessions, a visit to Vung Vieng floating village, exploration of Thien Canh Son Cave, and relaxing moments on pristine beaches.

07:30 – 08:00 – Pick-up by bus in Hanoi. Transfer from Hanoi to Halong City.
12:00 – Arrival at Halong International Port. Departure by tender to the junk.
12:30 – Boarding the junk. Gathering in the restaurant where your guide will explain all the necessary information about the stay (itinerary, payments, inclusions, etc.).
12:45 – Check-in to your cabin and take a short rest before lunch.
13:15 – Lunch served in the restaurant while the boat cruises towards Cap La Island.
15:00 – Transfer by tender. Explore the islands and islets of the Bai Tu Long Nature Reserve by kayak or tender, with the option to swim at a natural beach. Towels and dry bags are provided.
17:30 – Return to the cruise. The boat anchors for the night.
18:15 – Sunset aperitif on the sundeck, with a vegetable carving demonstration.
19:00 – Delicious dinner featuring traditional dishes.
20:30 (optional) – Relax and try your hand at squid fishing.
06:30 (optional) – Guided Tai Chi practice on the sundeck.
07:00 – Buffet breakfast with coffee and tea in the restaurant.
08:00 – 08:30 – Transfer from the cruise to a day boat. You will pass by the islands and islets of the Cong Dam and Cong Do area. Please bring ID, camera, wallet, light clothing, and swimwear. Towels are provided during the excursion. Note: drinks offered on the day boat are not included and must be paid separately.
09:30 – 11:15 – Discover the Cong Dam area and swim on its private beaches. You can choose between kayaking and tender boat rides. Weather permitting, you may also visit the Thay (Teacher) Cave, accessible by kayak at high tide.
11:30 – Lunch served on the day boat.
13:00 – 14:00 – Visit Vung Vieng Floating Village, located at the heart of the Bai Tu Long Geopark. Two options are available: a bamboo boat ride with local rowers or kayaking on your own.
15:00 – Return to the main cruise boat. You may rejoin the scheduled group activities (similar to Day 1) or simply relax and enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your own pace.
19:00 – Traditional dinner with a variety of dishes.
20:30 (optional) – Free evening with traditional games (such as a Vietnamese puzzle) or squid fishing.
Note: The order and timing of activities may change due to weather and tide conditions, which are highly unpredictable.
06:30 (optional) – Guided Tai Chi practice on the sundeck.
07:00 – Buffet breakfast with coffee and tea in the restaurant.
07:30 – Guided visit to Thien Canh Son Cave (formerly known as the Herbal Medicine Cave).
08:30 – 09:15 – Return to the junk. Time to pack your belongings and check out of your cabin before 9:20.
09:45 – Spring roll cooking demonstration led by the guide. Learn how to prepare this favorite Vietnamese snack.
10:15 – Lunch/Brunch in the restaurant.
11:15 – 11:30 – Settle your bill and final disembarkation.
12:00 – Board the bus for the return trip to Hanoi.
14:30 – 15:00 – Arrival in Hanoi. End of the journey.

If you choose a cruise in Lan Ha Bay, you will take a Daiichi bus to Beo Pier, then a ferry or speedboat to Cat Ba Island.
For Halong Bay or Bai Tu Long Bay cruises, transportation is provided by the cruise company’s bus.
If you prefer, you can book a private car (7 or 16 seats).
Yes, it’s possible to go to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) after a cruise in Lan Ha Bay, Halong Bay, or Bai Tu Long Bay.
This is usually arranged with Daiichi transport.
Note: from Cat Ba Island, the journey is quite long – allow more than 5 hours by road.
