You’ll cruise by boat along Ba Be Lake and the Nang River, gliding past towering limestone cliffs and dense forests.
Between visits to ancient caves, a soothing waterfall, and an overnight stay in a welcoming Tay stilt house, this immersion offers an authentic, nature-filled escape far from the usual tourist routes.
Departure for Ba Be National Park, with stops along the way to admire the beautiful scenery and take photos. Visit minority ethnic villages, where you’ll discover their daily life, warm hospitality, and traditional customs. Upon arrival at the park, enjoy a short walk to the homestay in the Tay village of Pac Ngoi. Dinner and overnight stay with a local family in a traditional Tay stilt house.
Half-day boat trip on Ba Be Lake and the Nang River, surrounded by stunning mountain and cliff landscapes. During this excursion, you’ll discover the Dau Dang waterfalls and the Puong cave. In the afternoon, enjoy a bike ride to visit the Hua Ma cave. Return to Pac Ngoi for dinner and spend a second night with your host family in a traditional Tay stilt house.
Return to Hanoi via the scenic mountain road passing through Cho Chu and Cho Don. Lunch in a local restaurant. Visit the Museum of Ethnology in Thai Nguyen, then continue back to Hanoi, arriving around 6:00 PM.
