Before this, you will have discovered the wonders of the North: Lan Ha Bay aboard a private junk, the bucolic landscapes of Ninh Binh, and the vibrant capital, Hanoi. The journey then continues to Central Vietnam: Hue, the former imperial city; romantic Hoi An; and the wild beauty of Cham Island. Finally, the South welcomes you with the traditions of the Mekong Delta and the bustling energy of Saigon.

Arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport. Meet your driver and guide, then transfer to your hotel. You will leave your luggage at the hotel (rooms available from 1:00 pm). Lunch in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, discover Hanoi’s Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Learn about the history of Hanoi’s guilds while your guide takes you through the narrow streets, full of surprises — the perfect way to feel the city’s atmosphere on your very first day! Among the highlights, you will visit the shores of Hoan Kiem Lake, the Ngoc Son Temple located on a small islet, and the lively Dong Xuan Market.
End the afternoon with a traditional water puppet show, a unique art form that brings to life Vietnamese legends and folklore.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Your guide and driver will pick you up to continue exploring Hanoi. The morning is dedicated to Vietnam’s history with a visit to the Temple of Literature (a symbol of Confucianism) and Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest Buddhist pagoda in Hanoi. After lunch in a local restaurant, you will visit the Museum of Ethnology, which houses a remarkable collection of information on the 54 ethnic groups living in Vietnam.

08:00 – Departure for Ninh Binh. Arrival around 10:00 am. Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, a gigantic Buddhist complex covering 539 hectares, including ancient pagodas and an 80-hectare newly built area on the mountainside. Since its restoration and expansion in 2010, Bai Dinh has been regarded as the most important Buddhist center in Vietnam, holding several world records.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Trang An for a boat trip along the river, passing through 10 caves and peaceful lagoons. Then transfer to Tam Coc for a motorbike ride to visit Thai Vi Temple and the Jade Pagoda.

Today is the day you discover the Halong Bay area! Departure around 8:00 am for Haiphong Province. After crossing the Tan Vu Bridge – the longest sea-crossing bridge in Southeast Asia – you will take the ferry to reach Phu Long Pier on Cat Ba Island. Upon arrival, a private bus will take you to the small port of Ben Beo, where your private 4-cabin junk awaits.
Around 12:30 pm, embark on a 23-hour cruise in Lan Ha Bay. Lunch will be served on board while the junk sails through Hang Vem Fishing Village. Sailing with the wind is possible depending on conditions. On the program: swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the sundeck while admiring the breathtaking scenery of the bay.

In the morning, the junk cruises toward Viet Hai fishing village. Upon arrival, enjoy a ride in electric cars, passing a small mountain pass to discover the village and local life. If you prefer, you may choose to swim or relax on the sundeck instead of visiting the village.
Return to the junk and check out of your cabins by 10:00 am while the boat sails back to Ben Beo Pier. Lunch is served around 11:00 am, and disembarkation takes place around 11:30 am. Your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Hanoi train station for your overnight train.
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at the hotel. Visit the Imperial Citadel, built between 1805 and 1832 by Emperor Gia Long. Then, discover the concept of “Nha Vuon” or “Garden Houses”, a distinctive architectural style of Hue where the home is organically linked to the garden, plants, and surrounding landscape, creating a unique sense of spirituality.
Lunch in a local restaurant, where you will taste traditional dishes, including the famous Bun Bo Hue (“Hue beef noodle soup”), a specialty originating from the former imperial city.
In the afternoon, visit the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, surrounded by frangipani and pine trees and designed according to the emperor’s own plans. This sumptuous site, one of the most beautiful in Hue, exudes tranquility and stands as a model of traditional Vietnamese art. It is also an opportunity to learn more about the history of the Nguyen dynasty.
Continue to Tu Hieu Pagoda, located near the tomb of Tu Duc. The pagoda radiates serenity and is home to an active community of monks. In the garden, you can also see the tombs of royal mandarins.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Evening at leisure.
Departure from Hue to Hoi An, passing by the magnificent Lang Co Beach and the Hai Van Pass (“Pass of the Clouds”). Visit the Cham Museum or Linh Ung Pagoda, enjoy a panoramic view of Da Nang, and, time permitting, explore the Marble Mountains. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the ancient town of Hoi An: the former fishing port of Faifo, the typical market, the Japanese Covered Bridge, a Chinese temple, and the historic Tan Ky House, among others.
Dinner at leisure and overnight at the hotel.
08:00 – Meet your guide and driver, then transfer to the pier for a speedboat ride to Cu Lao Cham Island. Upon arrival, enjoy a walk to discover the island’s daily life. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, go scuba diving around the Cham Islands (all equipment provided on site), followed by free time to relax on the beach. Return to Hoi An around 14:00–15:00.

After breakfast, enjoy some free time at the beach. Your driver will then pick you up and transfer you to the airport for your flight to Nha Trang (12:00 – 13:20). Upon arrival in Nha Trang, meet your guide and driver for transfer to the hotel.

Your day begins at 7:30 am, when you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Cau Da Port. Board a shared boat heading to the dive spots. Cruise to the islands, where you will enjoy diving and snorkeling around the reefs. You can try two dives during the tour, each lasting about 45 minutes. The interval between the two dives is approximately 2–3 hours, depending on your dive instructor and participants’ health conditions.
A light lunch, tea, and coffee will be served on the boat after the first dive. Take in the panoramic views of the sea and discover the rich marine life of Nha Trang Bay, particularly the stunning living coral reefs beneath the surface.
At the end of the morning, lunch will be served on the island with the group before returning by car to your hotel. The tour ends around 14:00.

08:00 – Departure for Cai Be (about 2.5 hours by road).
Upon arrival, enjoy a cruise on the Mekong River and discover the Cai Be floating market.
Visit the An Kiet ancient house, renowned for its valuable collection of antiques, then take a walk through tropical gardens.
Lunch with a local family, featuring a regional specialty: the famous “Elephant Ear Fish.”
In the afternoon, check in at Ba Duc House, a traditional 19th-century residence, where you will spend the night. Afterwards, enjoy a motorbike ride through the surroundings to observe daily life and the typical countryside scenes of Cai Be.
Dinner at leisure (to be arranged with your guide) and overnight with the host family at Ba Duc House.
After breakfast, enjoy a bike ride around Cai Be, along the peaceful banks of the Mekong.
Around 10:00 am, depart for the return trip to Saigon. Lunch at a local restaurant in the city.
In the afternoon, visit the highlights of the southern capital: the Central Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the former Rue Catinat, Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, the bustling markets of Ben Thanh and Binh Tay, as well as Chinatown (Cho Lon).
Dinner at leisure in Saigon, to be arranged with your guide.
Breakfast at the hotel, then visit the Museum of Traditional Medicine, the Opera House, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Reunification Palace, Thien Hau Pagoda, and Ngoc Hoang Pagoda. Discover the art of lacquerware making, followed by a stroll through Chinatown (Cho Lon).
Dinner at leisure and overnight at the hotel. Afterwards, transfer to the airport for your return flight.
