This tour also combines all of Vietnam’s must-see destinations: the timeless beauty of Hanoi, the karst landscapes of Ninh Binh, the majestic Lan Ha Bay, the fascinating history of Hue and Hoi An, and finally the Mekong Delta, a true labyrinth of aquatic life. A balanced adventure between discovery, authenticity, and comfort, designed to amaze travelers in search of an unforgettable experience.
Arrival at Hanoi airport at 06:35. Meet your guide and driver, then transfer to your hotel to drop off your luggage. You will start the day gently with a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter of Hanoi, followed by a walking tour to explore some of its main streets and the Ngoc Son Temple on the shores of Hoan Kiem Lake.
Lunch will be served in a local specialty restaurant where you will taste Bun Cha Nem (a noodle soup with grilled pork and spring rolls). In the early afternoon, you will check into your rooms and enjoy some time to rest.

The Museum of Ethnology, which offers a fascinating insight into the cultural diversity of Vietnam’s ethnic groups.

After breakfast, you will head to Hoa Binh province, home to the Muong ethnic group, covering a mountain range that separates the Red River delta from the Ma River basin. From Hoa Binh city, the road climbs in altitude, crossing the Muong Khen Pass and then winding along a mountainside toward the Thung Nhuôi Pass. Stop for a spectacular panoramic view of the Mai Chau valley from the pass.
You will then continue through stunning high-mountain landscapes toward Moc Chau district. Arrive late morning in the village of Hua Tat, mainly inhabited by the colorful Hmong ethnic group, who have settled on the mountain slopes.
Check in at a rural guesthouse, part of a community-based tourism development project managed by a lovely Hmong couple. After lunch, enjoy a leisurely hike at your own pace through the valley, passing through various villages, cornfields, pine forests, and mountains.
Return to the A Chu homestay, help prepare dinner with the hosts, and enjoy a warm, authentic meal. Overnight at the homestay.
After breakfast, set off for the Pu Luong Nature Reserve, a hidden gem renowned for its breathtaking terraced rice fields and pristine landscapes. Along the way, make several scenic stops to admire the natural beauty and take photos.
Upon arrival, start a hike through the reserve, passing by charming traditional villages nestled in the hills. You will stop in one of these villages for a local lunch, an opportunity to taste authentic flavors and interact with the friendly locals.
In the afternoon, continue your walk through lush valleys and rice terraces, soaking in the serene atmosphere before transferring to Ebino Ecolodge, a beautiful eco-friendly retreat harmoniously integrated into nature.
Dinner will be served at the lodge, followed by overnight in a private bungalow, offering comfort and tranquility in the heart of nature.
In the morning, set off for a wonderful day of hiking through traditional villages and stunning terraced rice fields. Begin with a walk along the Ma River, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the river, the lush rice paddies, and the iconic wooden waterwheels used for irrigation.
Next, visit the local market of Pho Doan, a vibrant place where locals trade fresh produce and traditional goods, offering an authentic glimpse into rural life.
Continue by car to Hieu Village, where a delicious local lunch will be served. Afterward, explore the village surroundings and discover its picturesque waterfall, where you can even take a refreshing swim if you wish.
Return to Ebino Ecolodge in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge (bungalow).
Breakfast at the lodge, then departure for Ninh Binh Province, often referred to as the “Halong Bay on land.”
Upon arrival in Tam Coc, enjoy a local lunch at a nearby restaurant before checking into your hotel.
In the afternoon, set off on a bike ride through the scenic countryside, passing by lush rice fields and limestone karst landscapes. Visit the Bich Dong Pagoda, a beautiful ancient temple nestled in the mountains, and then climb to the top of Mua Mountain to admire a breathtaking panoramic view of the Tam Coc region.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner is free in Tam Coc (you can also dine at your hotel’s restaurant if you prefer). Overnight stay at Lalita Hotel.
Breakfast at your hotel, then depart by car for the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Enjoy an early-morning sampan boat ride through the spectacular network of waterways, limestone peaks, and hidden caves—perfect timing to avoid the crowds.
Afterwards, visit Hoa Lu, the former imperial capital of Vietnam, where you’ll discover ancient temples dedicated to the Dinh and Le dynasties.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, then return to your hotel in the afternoon. Dinner is free in Tam Coc (you may choose to dine at your hotel’s restaurant). Overnight stay at your hotel in Tam Coc.
Today is the day you discover the magnificent Halong Bay!
You will depart around 7:30 AM for Haiphong Province. After crossing the Tan Vu Bridge—the longest sea-crossing bridge in Southeast Asia—you will take a ferry to Phu Long Pier on Cat Ba Island. Upon arrival, a private bus will take you to the small Ben Beo port, where your traditional junk awaits.
Around 12:30 PM, embark on an unforgettable 23-hour cruise in Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy lunch on board as the junk sails through Hang Vem fishing village. If the wind permits, you may even experience traditional sailing navigation.
The afternoon will be dedicated to swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the sundeck, admiring the stunning limestone scenery.

In the morning, the junk cruises toward Viet Hai fishing village. Upon arrival, you will take an electric car ride over a small pass to explore the village and experience local life.
If you prefer, you can swim or relax on the sundeck instead of joining the village visit.
Return to the junk to check out at 10:00 AM while the boat heads back to Ben Beo Pier. Lunch will be served around 11:00 AM, and disembarkation is scheduled for 11:30 AM.
Your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Hue (departing at 7:45 PM). Upon arrival in Hue, you will be greeted by our driver and transferred to your hotel.
Dinner at your leisure and overnight at Rosaleen Hotel (you can dine at the hotel restaurant if you wish).
Your guide will pick you up after breakfast at the hotel. You will begin with a visit to the Imperial Citadel, built between 1805 and 1832 by Emperor Gia Long.
Next, discover “Nha Vuon” or literally “Garden House”, a distinctive architectural style of Hue where the dwelling is organically connected to the garden, plants, and surrounding landscape, creating a sense of spirituality.
Lunch at a local restaurant, where you will enjoy traditional dishes, including the famous Bun Bo Hue, a specialty of the former imperial city consisting of rice noodles with beef.
In the afternoon, visit the tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, nestled among frangipani and pine trees and designed according to the emperor’s own plans. This sumptuous tomb is considered one of the most beautiful sites in Hue, radiating tranquility and showcasing traditional Vietnamese art. It is also an opportunity to learn about the Nguyen dynasty.
Continue to the Tu Hieu Pagoda, located near the emperor’s tomb. This serene pagoda is home to an active community of monks and features a peaceful garden where you can see the tombs of royal mandarins.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner at your leisure and overnight at the hotel (the hotel restaurant is available if you wish).
After breakfast, depart with your guide for Danang, taking the scenic Hai Van Pass (Cloud Pass), which offers breathtaking views of the central coastline from its summit.
Upon arrival in Danang, visit the Champa Archaeological Museum, home to a remarkable collection of sculptures from the ancient Cham Kingdoms.
Lunch in Danang, then continue your journey to Hoi An, where you will check in at your hotel.

Arrival at 17:05 in Ho Chi Minh City, welcome at the airport and transfer to your hotel – Maison de Camille.

First stop at Notre-Dame Cathedral (outside) and the historic Central Post Office, located in the heart of a square and beautifully showcased. Then stroll along Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat), famous for its luxury boutiques and lively atmosphere.
Opposite the cathedral, visit the Saigon Central Post Office. Its metal framework was designed by Gustave Eiffel. Inside, you can see a map of Saigon and a telephone network chart of Cochinchina dating back to the early 1930s.

In the afternoon, visit the Reunification Palace, followed by the Giac Lam Pagoda, one of the most beautiful and oldest pagodas in Saigon. Then, take a stroll through the heart of the old Chinatown of Cho Lon and visit the Soai Kinh Lam fabric market, a lively place with countless colorful stalls.

8:30 AM – Depart with your guide and driver towards My Tho (70 km – about 2 hours by road) to begin your discovery of the fascinating Mekong Delta, shaped by the nine arms of this life-giving river.
Upon arrival in My Tho, start with a visit to the famous Vinh Trang Pagoda, an architectural jewel in the heart of the region. Then continue to the Hàm Luông pier, where you will embark on a peaceful cruise on the Bến Tre River.
Your exploration will take you to one of the many coconut processing workshops, a local specialty. Here, you will discover the different stages of this fascinating process. Later, visit a family-run workshop where artisans hand-weave mats, preserving a craft passed down through generations.
By late morning, enjoy a ride in a traditional motorized cart (xe lôi) or by bicycle along shaded paths, immersing yourself in the rural Vietnamese landscape. You will pass through lush rice fields and verdant vegetable gardens, true snapshots of local life.
Lunch will be served in a traditional house at Hai Hồ, where you will taste typical regional dishes in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.
In the afternoon, board a sampan for a quiet ride along small canals, before returning to your boat to head back to Hàm Luông pier. After disembarking, transfer to Coconut Lodge. In the evening, savor a typical dinner and spend the night in this comfortable and welcoming homestay.
After breakfast, depart for Can Tho (70 km – about 2 hours by road). Upon arrival, you will embark on an excursion to Con Son, a small island nestled in the heart of the Bassac River.
Take a ferry ride to explore a picturesque fishing village, where you can observe a wide variety of Mekong’s endemic freshwater fish, showcasing the region’s incredible natural richness.
Your visit continues with a fun and original experience: a Koi fish foot massage, a relaxing moment sure to bring lots of laughter! You will also witness the “flying fish show” and the “frog dance”, unique moments deeply rooted in local traditions.
To make this experience even more special, you will enjoy freshly picked exotic fruits from the garden.

Arrive at your accommodation, Chez Moi, in the late afternoon. You will prepare dinner with your hosts, then enjoy a convivial meal together. Overnight stay at the homestay.
Early departure before dawn for a boat trip to the Cai Rang floating market, where you will enjoy breakfast on the water.
Next, visit the Le Binh covered market, an authentic local market offering a glimpse into daily life.
Continue your journey to Xeo Quyt, a historic site from the Vietnam War, now a natural park and open-air museum. Explore it on foot and by sampan, navigating through the mangrove while discovering both the lush forest and the living conditions of Vietnamese soldiers during wartime.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon. Dinner on your own and overnight at the hotel
